How it works
01You pay Selmo, not the seller
Your money is held safely the moment you pay, shown to you before checkout.
02Check what arrives
Compare it to what you ordered before you confirm. Matches? The seller gets paid.
03Wrong item? Refund, fast
Report it in one tap. A Selmo agent steps in, no back-and-forth with the seller.
